Recipe: Pitta Pizzas

THIS WeightWatchers Italian snack has only five points or 216 calories per serving.

INGREDIENTS:

Five tablespoons passata or chopped tomatoes; two teaspoons tomato purée; one teaspoon dried oregano; four medium wholemeal pitta bread; 150g reduced fat mozzarella cheese; low fat cooking spray; salt and freshly ground black pepper.

TO MAKE:

Pre-heat the grill to medium-high and cover the grill rack with foil.

Mix together the passata or chopped tomatoes, tomato purée and oregano and form a sauce.

Grill the pizzas for 10 minutes until the topping is bubbling and golden.
