No Sunday fishing for local anglers

DREGHORN Angling Club members are reminded that as the brown trout season ended on October 6 and there is now no Sunday fishing allowed on any part of the River Irvine or River Annick.

However due to completion of construction work, the pipe bridge at Drybridge has now reopened and anglers can once again access the river from the car park at Drybridge.

The salmon season ends on November 14, please forward your catch returns to the secretary by post or e-mail at the addresses in the season permit.

All catch returns are entered in a draw for a free season permit next year.
