This week's weakness is The Biggest Loser

This week’s weakness is one of my favourite TV shows, The Biggest Loser USA.

I cannot get enough of this reality show.

For anyone who hasn’t tuned in, it follows overweight contestants as they battle it out for three months on a ranch to ditch the weight and win $250,000.

Could telly get any better?

I think not.

My world has become all about this show at the moment, in fact, I have been known to take my phone into the bathroom and watch clips on You Tube while I am in the bath and even sitting on the loo.

It’s ridiculous but I can’t help myself.

Now, I have to say it is the trainers on the show I adore.

Yes, I love to watch the transformations as the couch potatoes become super fit.

But Bob Harper, Dolvett Quince and Jillian Michaels, pictured above, have me hooked.

Their passion and drive in the gym with these people makes for compelling viewing and you actually feel guilty sitting on your sofa watching them break sweat.

I would love even a week on that ranch, I would be whipped into shape in no time at the hands of lovely Dolvett and co.
