Because I absolutely love it. It really is a pleasure and a privilege to do every day.

The one person I would love to meet is Barack Obama.
Any regrets in your life?

What three things would you take to a desert island?
A helicopter, a helicopter pilot and some fuel for the helicopter!
What’s your favourite song?
We had a great time at New Year with Andy Stewart’s ‘Donald Where’s Your Troosers’. We all danced about the house to that one and it’s still stuck in my head.
Do you have a best friend?
I’ve got lots of best friends, including my wife.
Who has been the biggest influence on your life?
I think my dad, Campbell.
