I love Cardio40 – and here’s why.
This 40-minute no-nonsense workout mixes traditional aerobic movements with extreme plyometric exercises (fast, powerful movements).
It combines them all together in 32-count choreography that works perfectly with the powerful and motivating C40 soundtrack. The movements can be performed low-impact (no jumps) or high-impact (jumps) and you can expend as much energy as you choose to.
The unique C40 workout means you never get bored, you never get stale and the workout literally changes from class to class. As a teacher it’s exciting, addictive and most importantly, it works.
People get fit and they lose weight and they enjoy doing it. iIt’s perfect. And that’s why I love it. As do the hundreds of clients who attend these classes.
Men and women at any fitness level can walk into a class and take part with no pressure to perform or keep up.
The movements are cleverly designed so that even if you have two left feet and no sense of rhythm, you can do it. So if you would like to take up a fitness challenge this year, look out for Cardio40.
You can find Cardio40 online at www.cardio40.co.uk and classes are available in Irvine on a Monday at Lanfine Community Centre at 8.15pm; Tuesdays at Fullarton Community Centre at 7.45pm; St John’s in Stevenston on Thursdays at 7.30pm and St Peter’s Church Hall Ardrossan on Tuesdays at 7.30pm.
Make 2013 a C40 year.
