A PORTLAND man is accused of secretly snipping at a fellow passenger's hair on a bus.
Jared Weston Walter allegedly snipped at parts of a female passenger's hair as she rode on the bus on New Year's Eve.
The 22-year-old plead not guilty to to third-degree robbery, interfering with public transit, second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment.
And it is thought the man could be responsible for similar incidents where female bus passengers have had their hair cut or glued.
Walter reportedly has an outstanding warrant on an assault charge in King County, Washington, in connection with a hair-gluing incident.
