Why do you do what you do?
I love to see people change and become healthy. The change in their attitudes and the happiness that they have as they reach their goals is amazing.
Who is your ideal dinner guest?
Oh, I think funny man Alan Carr would be a great laugh.
Any regrets in your life?
Perhaps not sticking at things when I was younger, but no, I don’t really have any regrets.
What three things would you take to a desert island?
My bike, some music and my pal Gillian for company.
What’s your favourite song?
Local God by Everclear, I have loved it since my youth.
Do you have a best friend?
Gillian Sneddon, we have been friends for years. She’s always there for me.
Who has been the biggest influence in your life?
My parents and my grandpa have always encouraged me to be happy and do my best, and my sisters too have been a source of inspiration throughout my life. I am a lucky girl.
